Job Description
Valid certificate as EngineerInTraining issued or accepted as equivalent by Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors; 12 mos. exp. as Transportation Engineer 1 85641.
Or Bachelors degree in engineering; valid certificate as EngineerInTraining issued or accepted as equivalent by Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors; 2 yrs. engineering related experience.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above may be substituted for the experience required but not for the mandated registration.

Transportation Engineer 2 (TE2 PN
What you will do:
- Manage the plan development of multiple complex consultantdesigned transportation projects through preliminary engineering and detailed design.
- Actively manage the project scope budget and delivery of projects on schedule.
- Lead/facilitate meetings to resolve engineering NEPA budgetary and all other challenges impacting project delivery and cost.
- Coordinate with stakeholders local agencies and internal staff.

This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.
All bargaining unit new hires must serve a one 1 year probationary period.
