The Legal Division Supervisor (LDS) is responsible for supervising training and directing the work of attorneys who serve as special agents and adjudicate specific types of cases and who also provide legal assistance to the administrative law judges. The LDS also serves as the key liaison between the Office of Administrative Law Judge and other Public Utility Commission bureaus outside agencies and the public. The LDS is afforded the opportunity to serve on a myriad of internal and external working groups and committees. In addition the LDS helps plan produce revise and update training and reference materials used by OALJs judges and attorneys.
