What Were Looking For:
Were seeking an experienced Finance Manager who is Bilingual and excels at fostering a positive customer experience. Candidates should have at least 3 years of franchise experience in an Automotive Finance role with a demonstrated ability to contribute to a highperforming dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed dealership financial goals and objectives.
- Present extended service contracts and protection programs using the menu selling process.
- Partner effectively with Sales Managers and Sales Teams to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders.
- Serve as the liaison between customers the dealership and financial institutions.
