About the Role
Youll supportproject accounting billing and ARacrosscomplex construction projects working within a team that valuesefficiency precision and accountability.
What Youll Do (Primary Duties & Responsibilities)
Submit client invoices aligned with construction contracts and billing standards
Monitor AR aging and proactively resolve outstanding balances
Align billing with project milestones and percentageofcompletion calculations
Reconcile accounts fix billing discrepancies and apply payments correctly
Manage lien waivers retainage and compliance documents per contract terms
Ensure timely collections while preserving strong client relationships
Assist in AR and cash flow forecast preparation
Provide audit support and ensure proper documentation
Promote financial management best practices
MustHaves Checklist
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
5 years of functional experience
Proven track record in AR within a construction setting
Familiarity with AIA billing documentation (G702/G703
Strong grasp on retainage lien releases change orders and job costing
