ESSENTIALDUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dedication to thetraining mentorship and development of all team members; ensuring fairtreatment and equitable opportunities for all team members.
- Responsiblefor oversight of all BOH Operations including the oversight of standarddining room serviceincluding line prep and expo; financial performance; labor; COGS; etc.
- Responsiblefor all chefs on the following stations: grill saut and pantry. Ability toactively listen and communicate while upholding the overall dining experiencefor our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Atleast 3 years in an Executive Chef role of fullservice kitchen; 5 years ofkitchen experience including food preparation line cook fry cook andexpeditor including management experience.
- Computercompetency with knowledge of internet software Microsoft Excel Word and foodcost management systems. Ability to learn new software and systems as neededfor role.
- Abilityto communicate clearly and professionally with store managers kitchen anddining room personnel and guests as well as regional leadership and corporateservices.
- Culinary degreepreferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to workin a standing position for long periods of time (up to ten hours); ability tobend reach stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must haveschedule flexibility to cover all meal periods as needed including ability to closeat least 1 night per week at minimum.
- Must be able tomove and process information quickly making sound decisions and upholdingTupelo Honey standards of excellence in quality safety teamwork and achievingfinancial goals.
- Ability toconform to and execute corporate culinary guidelines as well as effectivetime management knowledge of food cost management and restaurant profitmargins.
