Were on the lookout for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our Community Services People & Capability (P&C) team based in Sydney Melbourne or Adelaide. In this role youll support operational leaders and HR colleagues in a fastpaced multisite environment to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring employment policies and procedures are followed support enterprise agreement negotiations and provide expert advice across all aspects of employment and industrial relations.
