We are seeking a dedicated and resultsdriven Sales Manager to oversee daytoday customer systems sales profitability communications and relationships for assigned sales accounts. This role is pivotal in achieving targets and strategies set by the Sales Director/Business Development Director. As the key point of contact for assigned customer representatives you will be responsible for identifying building supporting and developing longterm relationships.
Essential Accountabilities:
- Manage daytoday sales customer systems (input and reporting) profitability communications and relationships for existing customer representatives to achieve targets.
- Collaboratively develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts with guidance from the Sales Director/Business Development Director.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on customer systems and processes (including commercialization audits facility approvals etc..
- Identify develop and deliver cost savings and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support new product development projects product transitions and the commercialization process with guidance from the Sr. Business Development Director.
- Support and execute account planning and forecasting including sales budgeting.
- Act as an internal liaison to support manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and 3 years of progressively responsible experience in sales marketing management or business development in a consumer products and/or retail organization or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to leverage and effectively navigate and build internal and external relationships.
- Strong multitasking and superior time management skills.
