The ideal person for this position has an exceptional eye for detail expertise as a data analyst and a solid understanding of popular data analysis tools. He/she will work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand the objectives of the organization and prioritize any requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
3or more years of experience in data analysis and report writing required with a strong focus on medical coding billing or revenue cycle management reporting strongly preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1Create update and maintain daily weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for clients and management providing a comprehensive view of revenue cycle performance
2Develop monthend and ad hoc reports as requested by clients and management ensuring data accuracy and relevancy
3Conduct indepth analysis of reports to identify trends insights and root causes of any identified issues and recommend potential solutions
4Extract data manually or through automated processes utilizing various data sources and reporting tools
5Edit format and analyze data in Excel performing advanced functions and techniques to create informative visually appealing reports
6Use PowerBI or similar reporting platforms to design develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports that enhance data accessibility and decisionmaking
7Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of highquality reports
8Identify trends and offer corrective action
9Provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue cycle processes based on report findings and data analysis
10Aggregate data KPIs employee metrics etc. from multiple sources into consolidated reporting for management review
11Maintain excellent customer service to both our clients and our providers patients.
