The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidates qualifications skills competencies experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
Supervisor IT Engineering Pay Range: $109500.00 $142250.00
Become the next Supervisor on our IT Engineering team!
Work with your team to develop support and maintain applications vital to the core functions of SPPs Engineering Department. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your IT team members. This involves providing leadership coaching and mentoring to help them develop their skills and careers. You will collaborate with other members of the IT management staff as well as your Business Partner to develop processes and plans that align with SPPs overall strategic initiatives. This likely involves aligning IT efforts with the organizations broader goals and objectives. Being customerfocused is essential as you will likely be working closely with different business groups and endusers. Providing excellent customer service and support is critical. Youll need to engage with various stakeholders both within the IT department and from other parts of the business. This involves understanding their needs and ensuring that IT solutions and services are meeting those needs in a timely and effective manner.
If you possess strong organizational skills effective communication problemsolving abilities and the ability to lead and guide a team this role at SPP could be a great fit for you. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 extended hours may be required.
Travel Requirement:
This position requires minimal 520 travel
