Job Description
Location: Malvern PA. M/F Remote. T/W/TH Onsite
Length: 18 months
Interview Process: 2 steps. 2nd round is an onsite interview so candidates must be close enough to make it
Position: Python/AI/ML Engineer
They are looking for an expert engineer/developer with a year or two experience with generative AI (genAI is only a few years old from the perspective of the user).
Day to day:
* Develop test and deploy AI/ML solutions to address various business needs
* Collaborate with data scientists product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
* Optimize and maintain existing AI/ML models to ensure they perform efficiently and accurately
Must haves:
* Expertise with SQL and the Python programming language
*Experience with a variety of Pythons frameworks and libraries for AI/ML development (e.g. anthropic TensorFlow scikitlearn etc.
* Experience building AI/ML solutions on AWS
* 12 years with GenAI
* Familiarity with data engineering practices such as time series data and factbased data and tools such as Pythons Polars package
