Job Description
- Implement and support SAP Success Factors ECP solutions
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless integration with ADP payroll services.
- Analyze pay compare cycles and generate reports highlighting pay disparities across roles locations or other relevant categories.
- Support payroll data validation reconciliation and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or configuration issues between Success Factors and ADP.
- Participate in testing documentation and user training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP Success Factors especially Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Handson experience working with ADP payroll systems (e.g. ADP Global View Workforce Now etc..
- Strong understanding of payroll processing integrations and compliance.
- Ability to analyze and report on compensation/pay compare cycles and interpret disparity trends.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud Excel).
- Knowledge of local and global payroll regulations.
