We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Staff member to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing frontdesk activities handling administrative support and maintaining a welcoming environment. Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge are essential.
Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly attitude.
Answer incoming calls redirect them appropriately and take messages when needed.
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails packages courier etc..
Schedule and manage appointments meetings and conference room bookings.
Maintain and update office records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to other departments when required.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams for office upkeep.
Follow all security and confidentiality protocols.
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
0 2 years of experience in a similar front office or administrative role.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Fluent in English and/or local language; polite and professional tone
Pleasant personality good listening and empathy
Attention to detail ability to multitask punctuality
Ability to think on the feet and handle walkin queries
