Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Manage the installation maintenance and repair of water distribution systems including pipelines valves pumps and meters.
System Monitoring: Regularly monitor water quality and pressure levels to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within the water supply systems performing necessary repairs or adjustments as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed including service reports and inventory logs.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and project managers to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Emergency Response: Participate in emergency response activities related to water system failures or contamination events.
Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation for waterrelated projects.
Team Leadership: Lead crossfunctional teams including engineers technicians and subcontractors to ensure successful project .
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant local state and federal regulations.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets to ensure they stay within budget while maximizing efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: HND or relevant Bachelors degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role particularly within the water industry.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage projects efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in constructionrelated software tools.
