Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultoriented Business Development Executive / Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in home loan sales and a strong network in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling field visits referrals and digital platforms.
- Meet potential customers to understand their home loan needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with banks NBFCs and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends products and competitor offerings.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of home loan products and process
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good network with builders real estate agents and loan aggregators is a plus
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in home loan / Mortgage
