In this highimpact role you will drive revenue leadership across global markets manage largescale enterprise sales teams and build a nextgen sales engine from India for Fortune 1000 clients across verticals like Healthcare Chemicals Automotive Aerospace Hitech Consulting and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the P&L for your vertical and geography (North America / Europe & RoW)
Build and scale a team of 1520 highperformance B2B sellers from scratch
Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise revenue growth (quota: $2.5M–$5M annually)
Lead large multimilliondollar consultative sales engagements
Fix operational inefficiencies standardize successful strategies and increase win ratios
Immerse yourself in frontline sales for the first 90 days to build a repeatable playbook
What You Bring:
15–20 years of B2B Sales experience in Research / Consulting companies
Proven success in driving new client acquisition with $1.5M–$2M individual quota ownership
Experience managing large global teams and closing highvalue consultative deals
Passion for hypergrowth customer success and enterprise transformations
Strong operational mindset sales methodology experience and growth DNA 10x mindset)
