Womanowned custom LED neon sign company serving businesses nationwide from our Denver headquarters. We specialize in premium custom LED neon signage with industryleading 710 day turnaround times. Join our passionate team as we revolutionize how businesses light up their spaces.

Position Overview

Were seeking our first fulltime salaried employee to join us on the ground floor of an exciting growth journey. This is a vital operations and business development support role focused on managing existing leads and projects (no coldcalling or deal hunting required). As our company grows youll have unprecedented opportunities to advance into highlevel positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday office operations and administrative functions
  • Process and track new leads from existing sources (Instagram website referrals)
  • Coordinate customer communications and followups on provided leads
  • Generate mockups using Whisk AI and Adobe Illustrator
  • Prepare proposals and manage client documentation
  • Support sales team by qualifying and distributing companygenerated leads
  • Maintain and update Zoho CRM with all client interactions
  • Coordinate project timelines between design production and installation teams
  • Handle customer service inquiries and route complex issues appropriately
  • Generate reports on sales activities pipeline status and conversion metrics
  • Support owners with various administrative and business development tasks

Work Schedule

MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM at our Arvada office

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales support or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho experience preferred)
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Adobe Illustrator experience a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivated with strong initiative
  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred


Benefits

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $36000 annually
  • Commission Structure:
    • 15 commission on assisted sales (processing and closing companyprovided leads)
    • 3 override on team sales where comprehensive support is provided
  • Performance Bonuses:
    • Quarterly bonus up to $2000 based on meeting operational targets
    • Annual profitsharing eligibility after 1 year (up to 10 of salary)
