Job Description
What youll bring to the team
Are you ready to dive into an exciting leadership role at the Alton Towers Resort Waterpark Were looking for a Senior Lifeguard to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What youll do:
- Work closely with the Waterpark management team to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Supervise and support the lifeguard team reporting daily to the Assistant Leisure Operations Managers.
- Maintain a clean safe and fun environment for both guests and staff.
- Lead by example ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Experience
What were looking for:
- Supervisory experience in a similar role.
- A passion for safety and guest experience.
- A team player with great communication skills.
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain it.
