What youll do

You will be responsible for driving strategies that support both new logo acquisition and revenue growth in existing customers from our target account list. You will develop tailored marketing strategies campaigns and initiatives that accelerate growth and will work with the wider marketing team to execute on these plans.

You will work closely with others in the marketing team as well as crossfunctional teams (including technical sales and Google teams) to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals and sectorspecific needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing a cando attitude and the ability to leverage datadriven insights to optimise campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy development:
    • Become a subject matter expert by staying up to date on technology trends sector challenges and customer needs.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support a 1:few approach whether its sector specific or capability focused (security data AI).
    • Build out 1:1 marketing account plans for a handful of priority accounts working closely with sales to ensure alignment on campaign outcomes and objectives.
    • Work closely with the content marketing manager to help shape campaign content (e.g. webpages case studies white papers blogs).
  • Campaign & optimisation:
    • Plan create implement and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns (digital advertising email marketing content marketing SEO social media events etc. to generate leads and build pipeline.
  • Budget accountability:
    • Manage marketing budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation to drive ROI and maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration:
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure messaging and initiatives align with business objectives.
    • Build relationships with and collaborate closely with key Google stakeholders to maximise the impact of joint programs and leverage opportunities within the Qodea/Google partnership ecosystem.
  • Agency management:
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and subsequent output to ensure briefs are met and outputs are delivered to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Datadriven insights:
    • Leverage tools like Google Analytics CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
    • Provide regular reporting on key metrics and use insights to continuously improve marketing tactics.
  • Lead generation & nurturing:
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert sales ready leads within the target account list.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the target account list through targeted outreach email campaigns and strategic partnerships.


Requirements
    • 6 years experience in a growth marketing role ideally within a B2B technology business.
    • Excellent written skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
    • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
    • Natural relationship builder with the ability to connect at all levels of the organisation.
    • Collaborative team player who gets stuck in.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
    • Experience of using CMS.
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing across paid and organic channels.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
    • Datadriven with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Previous experience of using Pardot (or something similar) would be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of SEO.
