Job Description
Position: Assistant Accountant junior level
Location: Metamorfossi
Type: FullTime
Experience: Two years maximum
Our Group is seeking for a dedicated Assistant Accountant to help us manage our financial records with accuracy and integrity. In this critical role youll be a vital part of our finance team working to ensure the smooth operation of our companys financial engine. This is a junior level position so if you only hold a BS in finance or in accounting well be happy to learn more about you.
Requirements
Roles and responsibilities
Maintain accurate books on accounts payables and receivables and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Regularly maintain detailed records of accounting transactions.
Assist with bank transactions and payments.
Assist with customer invoicing process.
Use bookkeeping software (Soft1 spreadsheets and databases proficiently.
Handle sensitive or confidential information with honestly and integrity.
Qualifications
BS degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration.
Maximum two years experience.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and Greek accounting standards.
Bookkeeping experience in 3rd degree accounting books will be advantageous.
Excellent Microsoft Office user especially in Excel.
Excellent command of English language.
Prior experience in Soft1 ERP system will be a plus.
