Overview
The Commercial Manager Distributors is a key role within the EMEA Distributor Commercial Team. The Commercial Manager supports the Commercial Director to achieve the commercial goals for the respective geographical region (EU or MEA) leading and working closely together with our Distributor partners. They will own the full E2E operation per partner assigned.
The EMEA Distributor market is comprised of 75 countries managed by 20 Distributor partners in Europe Middle East and Africa.
What Youll Do
- Partner feedback E2E ownership: receiving templates validating contents (FC QBR Inventory Strategy deck etc)FC/order analyze and communicate with distributors
- Shipment overview tracker
- Orderbook call off and booking tracker
- Pickup and payment flow
- Stock order opportunities upside requests coordinate with DI team
- Royalty monitoring and registration
- WHS fixture order validating with partner before sign off
- Price list review and analyze
- Collab energy communication AZ
- LL Validation and upload communication
- Market overview update
- Wholesale Accounts Overview & Updates
- LRP aligned with partner
- Monthly partner meetings XF team Organization minutes actions
- QBR with Commercial director
- Annual business review with VP & Dept leads
- Special dealcase management : Owners coordination of additional discount once approved to specific orders.
- Own All partner communications reinforce if not sending directly
What Youll Bring to the Table
- Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Business or International Management
- Knowledge of Business Administration Commerce Statistics
- Minimum 5 years of fulltime professional experience in Sales or Commercial role with an international brand that operates across multiple markets and channels (Wholesale Retail Digital/ECom). Plus 2 years in Leadership
- Fashion/Footwear industry experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication negotiation & influence skills at Management Level
- Strong Financial & Commercial competence
- Team Player; connects with Crocs culture & values
- Strong Organizational Time Management & Presentation skills
- Strong command of the English language others a plus
