Lead Engineer Projects
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good presentation and MS Excel Skills
- Responsible for planning for program scope/schedule/budget in accordance with program WBS
- Responsible for driving technical program /overall program integration
- Works with the PM to define and drive the product line roadmap and ensure efficient to meet customer and business needs
- Responsible for scope and change control of the plan
- Responsible for technical and engineering risk management
- Responsible for supporting appropriate technical staffing and assignment
- Responsible for supporting to adherence to budget schedule and risk management
- Responsible for supporting associated certifications Audits including releases of required artifacts
- Responsible to drive project metrics including EVMS and drive root cause analysis for variances.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters in mechanical/aerospace engineering
- 48 years of relevant experience in Aerospace Manufacturing and Quality engineering activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- AgileScrum Master /ACP Certification
