Production Planner 10 Months FTC

About the role

You will be joining a highperforming supply chain team based at our Twickenham office (hybrid working). Reporting to the EMEA Supply Planning Manager in this Production Planner role you will be responsible for the production planning supply and availability of locally produced skus at contract packers as well as liaising with various 3rd parties.

Note: This is a 10month fixedterm contract opportunity

• Manage the production planning process for TWE locally packaged SKUS in selected sites
• Plan and manage bulk wine orders and liaise with Contract Packer to coordinate production schedules.
• Build effective relationships with contract packer & freight forwarder which enable the resolution of issues to meet TWE customer demand.
• Support the scheduling and delivery of NPD activity within the region by ensuring bulk wine availability and production space to support NPD projects and postlaunch transition to ongoing business.
• Manage bulk ordering with TWE internal and external global wine suppliers

About you

We are looking for someone who has a couple of years experience in a similar production planning/ supply role ideally within the FMCG industry. You will be someone who has great attention to detail and an analytical mind.

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have strong Microsoft Excel ability
• Confident using systems such as JDE& INFOR Or the ability to pick up these systems quickly
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally to achieve results.
