The T.E.A. Center a wellestablished and accredited early childhood education center is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. This role is ideal for someone with a background in administrative support and financial management who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Provide highlevel administrative support to the Executive Director
Coordinate schedules meetings and daily communications
Manage invoicing tuition tracking and financial reporting
Assist with reconciliations
Handle confidential documents with discretion
Liaise with parents staff and external vendors professionally
Support daily operational needs of the center
Proven experience as a personal assistant executive assistant or similar role
Strong financial literacy and prior experience with billing bookkeeping or budget oversight (QuickBooks or similar software preferred)
Excellent organizational time management and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloudbased systems
Experience in a child care or educational setting is a plus
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
