Were hiring a GoToMarket Engineer for our SalesLed team! This role combines technical expertise with a passion for helping Enterprise customers unlock Clays full potential through a hightouch consultative approach.
Our current GTM Engineers have diverse backgroundsweve got excivil engineers growth leaders software engineers founders marketers and high school teachers on the team. All that is to say they differ in experience but they resemble our customers!
What Youll Do
Drive sales tech excellence: Serve as a trusted advisor translating Clays capabilities into clear business value through consultative selling. Youll partner with midmarket scaleups and enterprises to redefine how AI powers GTM strategy.
Lead technical discovery: Guide enterprise prospects through consultative sales discussions that demonstrate Clays potential to transform their processes
Design custom solutions: Create proofofconcept workflows and compelling tables that showcase how Clay solves specific enterprise challenges
Develop sales collateral: Build technical presentations and materials that effectively communicate Clays value proposition to executive audiences
Influence product strategy: Translate enterprise requirements and customer feedback into actionable product improvements
What Youll Bring
6 years of GTM/Growth experience in at least one of the following:
GTM operations (RevOps Marketing Ops GTME Solutions/Sales Engineering)
Sales with high trajectory (e.g. built a team led a new function)
A consultative approach youre a great listener who can uncover needs connect dots and guide customers to creative solutions.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executivelevel audiences
A strong technical foundation youre fluent in nocode tools (bonus if youve already built in Clay... and if you have you should share what youve built!
A love of teaching building or tinkering maybe you write host workshops coach peers or build side projects
Based out of a central office on 19th Street in Manhattans Flatiron District. We love the energy of inperson collaboration while also offering the flexibility to work from home when needed.
