Job Description

Main focus of the role
The role involves building applications services and data solutions for international financial institutions. The team is based in London Johannesburg and Cape Town.
This contract role is to join a UK based senior developer in building an new agentic email analyser solution capable of extracting key pieces of information from email and PDFs for our US based client in the financial real estate market. This is a new project with an expected duration of 3 months.
What youll do
- Youll be part of a team of talented highlyskilled developers creating software solutions across multiple projects.
- Our portfolio combines highly exciting financial projects including big data analytics applications developing a platform for a financial magazine and back office systems.
- You will be involved in all aspects of the projects lifecycle. Our developers often liaise directly with the client and take full ownership of the deliverables.
- Were proud to have a very broad tech stack including .Net Core Java Python React Angular AWS Azure Docker Kubernetes and many more.
To fly in your role youll need
- A track record of delivering high quality software as part of a team.
- Deep experience building ADF pipelines Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Integration
- Practical experience in Azure; containerization (Docker) and orchestration
- Comfortable in Python
- Strong relationalDB design and performance tuning in PostgreSQL; experience with vector databases.
- Skilled with Azure DevOps pipelines Terraform and Gitdriven workflows
- Rigorous about unit/integration tests; comfortable working alongside dedicated QA teams.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools like GitHub Bitbucket and associated workflows.
