DescriptionManpowerGroup Greeceon behalf of our client a multinational home emergency repairs and improvements business company is seeking for a successful candidate for the role of Operations Director HVAC based in Thessaloniki.
Objective: Reporting to the local Country Manager and being part of the management team the Operations Director HVAC will be the key player in order to analyze new business & development strategies especially those related with new partner agreements contracts acquisitions and both organic & inorganic growth. He/she will also develop a crucial operational role in installations and maintenance) regarding the supervision of daily activity value proposition best practices implementation and bestinclass customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the business development and sales activity in collaboration with the Business Development and Sales Department
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the company ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Based on the strategy he/she will help to detail the operational plan and ensure its implementation
- Oversee the elaboration / development of the activity in projects compare the achievements with the initial estimates and propose / take the appropriate corrective measures if necessary
- Propose and determine efficiency streams for the business
- Support & promote Internal and external relationships especially those related with strategic decision makers in relevant sectors
- Collaborate in the finance processes: budgeting forecasting and analysis of the main metrics and KPIs
Requirements - Bachelors degree in engineering Renewable Energies business administration or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience and at least 10 in middlemanagement or management roles focused on business strategy commercial approach B2B and B2C operations
- Prior experience in the HVAC / energy markets is a must with the ability of having managed a full business including P&L and its employees
- Prior experience in a management consulting firm or big four is valuable
- Proven track record demonstrating operational & commercial excellence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership capacities with a collaborative approach to problemsolving
