Position Type: Onsite Fulltime Work Location: Harrisburg Area PA Contract Length: 912 Months POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team to help configure and implement the Customer Insights Sales Field Services and Customer Service modules of Dynamics 365. As a Dynamics 365 Consultant you will work closely with crossfunctional teams helping our client achieve business goals by designing configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will be integral in ensuring a seamless transition and adoption of the platform. Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions particularly in the Customer Insights Sales Field Services and Customer Service modules.
Direct/handson experience configuring and implementing the Dynamics 365 solutions ensuring they meet business objectives processes and workflows.
Provide endtoend support for Dynamics 365 module implementations from requirements gathering through deployment testing and golive within the Microsoft Dataverse.
Design and develop customizations and configurations within Dynamics 365 Sales Field Service and Customer Service to ensure optimal functionality.
Coordinate data migrations integrations and troubleshooting with team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
Work closely with project managers to define project timelines scope and resource allocation.
Provide postimplementation support training and troubleshooting to ensure the clients successful adoption of the system.
Assist with developing training materials and user documentation to ensure smooth user adoption.
Stay uptodate with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide best practice recommendations to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Customer Insights Sales Field Services and Customer Service modules.
Support client meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder buyin and understanding of the project deliverables.
REQUIRED Skills:
3 years of experience direct/handson configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Sales Field Service and Customer Service modules implemented within the Microsoft Dataverse.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate client discussions and requirement sessions.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with a focus on Sales Field Services and Customer Service modules.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration customization and implementation best practices.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations (e.g. with ERP systems external data sources).
Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Insights Sales Service and Field Operations.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a project.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. MB210 MB230 MB240 or related certifications) are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industryspecific solutions (e.g. manufacturing consumer product goods retail) is a plus.
Experience with Agile and project management methodologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Datavers Microsoft Azure SQL Server and other cloud technologies.
Education and Certifications
Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering or relevant field.
