HQ DMS Reserve SME integrating across wider defence supporting key stakeholders providing D&G recommendations and transformation deliverables.
Responsible for the DMS Reserves financial ABC for MP&T and DMS Reserve Core allocation in support of reserve activities/events and external training.
Lead for development of SLAs and BCs in line with strategic EE needs ensuring proportional governance of commercial contracts on CP&F are applied.
Support stakeholder engagement and developments to simplify policies and processes in sS alignment inc mobilisation employment and commitment types.
Cohere and integrate recruiters (Reg Res & Civil Servant) and DMS Comms teams to attract and engage talent enriching recruitment of the Reserves.
Lead Biannual statistical collection and analysis of Res Workforce Requirement to inform and support active tasks for strategic workforce planning.
Provide support to the SO2 DMS Reserves and assist as required supporting SERVE Job loader activity.

The SO1 is the principal lead for Reserves workforce planning Defence Reserve Transformation Homeland Resilience Planned Force Testing and the SME for DMS Reserve matters
