What Youll Be Doing:

Become a certified digital expert through our comprehensive training program

Support entrepreneurs and businesses in boosting their online reputation and visibility

Provide expert assistance to improve online presence across one of the most used search engines globally

Analyze and resolve issues or escalate complex cases as needed

Offer relevant product recommendations to existing users when appropriate
What Youll Bring:

Excellent command of Slovak and a strong customer service orientation

Confident English communication skills

Comfort using desktop systems internet applications and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Google products such as Maps Docs Sheets and Slides

Understanding of Chrome OS and Android platforms
