About The Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to join a growing highperforming team. Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships you will be a selfstarter who is extremely driven and have proven experience within account management or business development with revenue accountability. You will love being multifunctional wearing plenty of hats as you juggle the needs of your partners.

You will also have the ability to communicate to all levels of the business and coordintate across technology marketing and sales to drive outcomes for both GoodHabitz and your partners.

What Youll Do:

  • Overall account management for the allocated book of distribution partners.
  • Drive growth from our partner network through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies Including sales enablement sessions lunch and learns comarketing campaigns webinars (with the partner marketing team) etc to deepen partner relationships and drive mutual success.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound new partners and ensure their success within the first 90 days and beyond as they become productive revenuedriving partners
  • Manage internal GoodHabitz stakeholders including the teams in sales marketing integrations customer success and the design studios.
  • Guide and manage partners through all elements of the enablement process from integration to activation.
  • Work collaboratively with other partner success managers to drive global success
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.


Requirements

Our match

    • Proven experience in partnership sales account management or business development
    • Existing relationships / strong network within the Education Technology industry preferred
    • Excellent communication skills (listening explanatory persuasion negotiation)
    • Good knowledge of or experience with CRM and reporting tools
    • High ability to empathize and be able to communicate to all levels of the business on the phone email chat and in person
    • Experience in contract negotiation
    • You will speakfluent Englishand also be anative German speaker other languages desirable but not essential.
