Job Description
HJ Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated QNXT Program Manager to lead the full implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3. In this pivotal role youll oversee the endtoend project working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment. Candidates with a strong background in California DSNP (DualEligible Special Needs Plans) and payer operations are highly encouraged to apply.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3 managing the project lifecycle from planning to postgolive support.
- Align crossfunctional teams vendors and business stakeholders to deliver on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor scope manage change requests and address risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure QNXT configuration and integration support business and compliance needs.
- Develop detailed project plans status reports and executivelevel updates.
- Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business units and IT teams.
What you will Bring:
- 5 years of handson QNXT experience including configuration and implementation projects (preferably with version 6.0 R3.
- Indepth knowledge of healthcare payer operationsclaims provider data enrollment and encounter data.
- Direct experience supporting California DSNP programs.
- Demonstrated success in managing largescale healthcare IT projects.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- PMP or similar certification (preferred).
- Bachelors degree in IT Healthcare Admin Business or related field (advanced degrees a plus)
