We are looking for a highly skilled driven and meticulous individual for this position. The role requires a passionate Head Chef who has the ability and experience to manage a huge volume of business business that can be unpredictable and challenging.

- To be considered for this role you will have at least 1 years experience working in a similar establishment and role. You will be up to date with relevant Health and Safety and Food Hygiene certificates.
- You will be a servicedriven and energetic Head Chef with a passion for excellent service and solid operational experience.
- You will have a proven track record in people management skills both with leading by example and training abilities. You will be an excellent communicator with people of all levels. You will be a Manager of a team as well as a Head Chef.
- You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of menu planning stock control costing and wages budgets.
