Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Lightning Cloud solutions. In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders developers and technical teams to gather requirements analyze business needs and facilitate the successful adoption and deployment of Salesforce Lightning Cloud features. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforces platform particularly Salesforce Lightning and experience working on cloudbased CRM ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes requirements and pain business requirements user stories and use cases to drive Salesforce Lightning Cloud workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize business current systems and processes to propose optimized solutions in Salesforce product owner requirements into technical requirements for the squad to Configuration & CustomizationWork closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure effective customization and configuration of Salesforce Lightning Cloud business requirements into functional specifications and assist in the design of workflows reports dashboards and process that Salesforce solutions align with business goals and maximize user Mapping & OptimizationMap current business processes and propose process improvements using Salesforce process reengineering efforts to streamline workflows and increase efficiency through Salesforce Cloud Acceptance Testing (UAT)Develop test plans and execute UAT for new Salesforce features and with users to ensure new features meet business needs and function as and resolve issues raised during & SupportPrepare training materials and conduct enduser training sessions for Salesforce Lightning Cloud ongoing support and guidance to users postimplementation to ensure effective usage of Salesforce as a liaison between business teams and technical teams for ongoing system enhancements and Management & ReportingAssist in project planning tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are clear communication with stakeholders on project status risks and and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders on project milestones and outcomes.
