What Youll Do:
As Quality Care Manager youll lead with both heart and skill. Your role will be key in fostering highquality caregiving relationships rooted in reliability safety and respect.
Your impact will include:
- Delivering High Quality Care by upholding excellence in care delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Supporting & Leading a Team of 50 caregiversensuring timeliness readiness and confidence on every shift.
Creating Personalized Care Plans by conducting inhome assessments and collaborating closely with clients and families.
Scheduling & Operations Management including proactive shift coverage and rapid response to cancellations or needs.
Ongoing Training & Mentorshipproviding meaningful feedback and professional development for your caregiving team.
Client & Caregiver Liaison ensuring communication is clear respectful and aligned with care goals.
Tracking Key Metrics including hours worked shift coverage and caregiver performance.
Where Youll Work:
This is a hybrid role that includes administrative tasks in our San Francisco office and field visits for CARE assessments training and ongoing support.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking a compassionate leader with excellent judgment and communication skillssomeone who thrives in a dynamic peoplefirst environment.
- While not required being an RN Case Manager or LVN/LPNis strongly preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a focus on timeliness and respect.
- Experience in home care hospice or a similar carefocused setting
- Management or supervisory experience
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving in fastpaced or emergent situations
- A calm professional presenceespecially under pressure
- A desire to grow into a senior leadership role

Compensation: $45 $55/hour & 10 quarterly performance bonus
