Position Overview:
As a Japanesespeaking strategic Project Manager you will be instrumental in managing and executing strategic projects that align with our business objectives in Japan. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and partners to ensure successful project delivery while enhancing our product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic projects from conception to ensuring alignment with Edenred Paytechs goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope objectives and deliverables tailored to the Japanese market.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status milestones and outcomes.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform project decisions and identify growth opportunities in Japan.
• Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
• Fluency in Japanese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and market dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
