This innovative role as an AI Trainer Biochemistry offers a unique opportunity to leverage your subjectmatter expertise and develop your AI skills. You will play a pivotal role in training AI models ensuring the accuracy and relevance of biochemistry concepts generated by AI. This position allows for flexible scheduling and your contributions will directly impact the advancement of AI in Biochemistry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AIgenerated outputs related tobiochemistry. Your guidance will improve the AIs accuracy in topics such as enzyme kinetics protein structure and metabolic pathways.
Problem Solving: Use your expertise to provide stepbystep solutions and explanations for problems involving molecular biology biochemical reactions and regulatory mechanisms. Your input will help AI learn to reason through biochemistry challenges effectively.
Red Teaming: Identify potential biases inaccuracies or limitations in the AIsunderstanding of biochemistry. Design tests that ensure its outputs are robust andapplicable to practical applications.
Technical Requirements
PhD in Biochemistry/Chemistry is a must
Proficient knowledge of English written and verbal
Have a critical eye and eye for a detail as well as the ability to clearly articulate the
strengths and weaknesses of written text
Professional writing experience as a researcher journalist technical writer editor or
similar roles.
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Soft skills
Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to coach for performance
Good written and verbal communication skills
