What Youll Be Doing:
Accurately process vehicle billing and contracts
Prepare funding packets and stay on top of finance submissions
Ensure all documentation is 100 accurate (titles DMV paperwork etc.
Work handinhand with our sales and finance team
Keep everything organized and compliant youre the detail guru!
Troubleshoot and follow up on funding issues as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
Previous dealership billing/contract experience is a big plus
Youre organized detailoriented and great at juggling tasks
Familiar with dealership software (CDK experience Even better!
A positive attitude and team spirit were all about good vibes and collaboration
