Provide assistance to the heads in the administration department.
Keep all stationary items up to date and order fresh stock as needed.
Supervise the housekeeping department and ensure stock items are maintained.
Occasionally provide information about the organizations services and products.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Confer and coordinate with other departments.
Maintain inventory and stationary stock.
Handle travel arrangements including booking hotels and travel tickets through various platforms.
