About the Role
Are you a resultsdriven recruiter looking to make a real impact RWAV is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Permanent Recruitment Team. In this role you will be instrumental in recruiting General Practitioners (GPs) to rural communities ensuring sustainable healthcare workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Endtoend recruitment Manage the full cycle of GP recruitment from advertising to placement.
- Proactively source candidates Use various channels to identify attract and engage GPs.
- Candidate case management Provide pre and postplacement support to ensure successful transitions.
- Build strong relationships Engage with healthcare services clinics and GPs to understand needs and create tailored solutions.
- Deliver on placement targets Drive recruitment strategies to fill vacancies effectively and meet performance objectives.
- Grants & incentives Administer funding programs to support GP placements.
- Marketing & attraction Promote RWAVs GP recruitment program through targeted campaigns.
- Process improvement Contribute to the continuous development of RWAVs recruitment strategies.
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of successfully filling roles and meeting placement targets.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills to attract top GP talent.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Exceptional time management organisation & problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems Microsoft Office & recruitment platforms (e.g. JobAdder SEEK).
- Knowledge of health workforce & rural healthcare service delivery (desirable).
