Position Overview:The Retirement Marketing & Business Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting financial advisors in selling retirement plan services to clients. This position focuses on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through consultative strategies prospecting benchmarking and supporting the sales process. The role includes direct collaboration with financial advisors clientfacing presentations and coordination with thirdparty professionals such as TPAs and accountants. Activities may include phone consultations branch meetings seminars and inperson engagements. A strong understanding of retirement plan solutions and the ability to communicate their value is essential.
