Intermediate Business Analyst (Bilingual)
Job Type: Contract 1 Year
Primary Location: FrederictonRemote
The project team requires Business Analysts to validate user requirements and tobe processes create user stories document acceptance criteria and test cases assist with testing and assist with developing training materials.

Deliverables:
The Senior Business Analyst will be expected to:
- Work in collaboration and support the project team.
- Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements write user stories define goals document requirements and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements that support the vision and needs of the business.
- Identify business workflows and determine stakeholder needs.
- Author test case specifications/criteria requirements traceability documentation and contribute to the compilation and of test plans
Requirement Details:
- 10 years of demonstrated IM/IT experience
- 5 years of Business analysis experience in project using the Agile methodology and Experience coordinating facilitating conducting working sessions for requirements gathering
- Experience in business analysis of social services or case and care management
- Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements both functional and nonfunction
- Experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information procedures and decision flows
- Experience defining and documenting technical requirements for internal and external applications
- Experience creating test cases requirements traceability documentation defining test data requirements and executing test case
- Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association such as IIBA/Safe Agile etc
- Experience working with Jira Confluence DevOps and Agile methodology
