Radnor PA (Airgas HO) Management Digital & IT AirgasJob Description Summary: With endtoend ownership of the Finance and Procurement product domains the Product Manager defines its strategic vision within the SAP ecosystem. This individual leads the product roadmap definition & managing interactions & interdependencies of multiple teams to secure coordination and consistency and ensures effective value realization to business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support Product Director SAP Americas in the following activities
Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap specific to the Finance & Procurement domains in alignment with the product line strategy
Refine the product backlog based on stakeholders inputs (BPOs) and evolving business priorities
Challenge and validate prioritization of actions proposed by Product Experts and Business stakeholders on value propositions
Coordinate product teams work securing engagement & collaboration
Oversee product team activities throughout product lifecycle providing expertise & securing arbitration
Plan out highlevel release schedule across teams & secure effective interdependency management
Collect & consolidate relevant KPIs/insights to report on value delivered at product line level
Oversee rollout activities in close collaboration with GDS/DDS teams
Ensure that local needs are effectively captured and arbitrated in collaboration with DDS teams and participate to monthly incidents review and RCAs
Required Education:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science and/or Business Administration or Equivalent
Required Length & Type of Experience:
10 years of experience implementing SAP products including experience with S/4 HANA
5 years of handson experience in configuring SAP within a specific domain
5 years of business and functional requirements analysis experience
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex integrated applications.
At least 5 SAP full life cycle implementation projects serving in a handson and lead capacity
Extensive experience managing medium to large SAP initiatives
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Strong Strategic planning and capabilities
Strategic thinking & valuedriven mindset (roadmap creation product vision articulation value monitoring)
Experience in people management preferably within a multipleteams structure
Strong communication & stakeholders management skills (customer centricity)
Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family
Deep experience with large size SAP projects
Experience in managing rollout plan of IT projects/programs/products
