Job Description
Storable is looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to join our team. You will design effective intuitive and cohesive interfaces that drive user and business results. As part of our storage group youll focus on enhancing the core management software that runs selfstorage businesses (ex workflows: renting storage units setting pricing and promotions collecting payments sending communications workflow configuration).

What you will do everyday:
- Partner with Product Design and Engineering teams to create intuitive efficient management software capabilities that streamline selfstorage business operations
- Design userfriendly interfaces that simplify complex workflows from unit reservations to tenant management and payment processing
- Develop and refine design artifactssuch as wireframes user flows journey maps prototypes and highfidelity UI designsto explore validate and optimize user experiences
- Think critically about user pain points to develop practical scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer interactions
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to ensure design decisions align with the needs of selfstorage business owners staff and customers
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform and validate design solutions that improve usability and drive business success
- Use storytelling and datadriven insights to communicate design rationale align stakeholders and drive adoption of platform improvements
- Support Engineers during development sprints by providing detailed design documentation refining workflows and ensuring highquality
- Actively participate in sprint planning and evaluations to assess progress address challenges and continuously refine the design process
- Collaborate with Design peers to exchange insights maintain UI/UX consistency across the platform and stay up to date with industry trends
- Evolve and refine the design patterns and component libraries to ensure a cohesive scalable and accessible user experience
What you will need to bring to the table:
- 5 years of experience in B2B product design
- A portfolio demonstrating your usercentered ability (required for consideration)
- Proficiency in using Figma
- Experience working on a team where Product Design and Engineering collaborate closely
- Ability to start from scratch or refine an existing idea through to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for understanding and advocating for the user
- Openness to giving and receiving constructive criticism to drive growth
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Bonus Points:
- Familiar with Miro and user testing tools
- Previous experience using building or managing a design system of UI/UX patterns to facilitate consistent digital interface design at scale
