The Digital Technology Internship is the key pipeline for the fulltime development program described below in more detail.

How Youll Create Possibilities

DT Intern assignments generally 10 12 weeks vary widely in terms of the business functions/processes impacted and the type of work required. Possible assignments may include:

• Application development (Web clientserver standalone mobile) utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Systems management and optimization
• Business process reengineering
• Infrastructure management and environmental design/buildout
• Security/controllership

Interns have significant exposure opportunities to key IT and business leaders at GE Appliances as well as current fulltime DLDPs. Interns also have extracurricular opportunities to engage in various activities both socially and from a professional development perspective.

This internship is for the Spring 2026 semester.

It will begin on January 12 2026 and end on May 8 2026.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors degree or better in Computer Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering Management Information Systems Computer Information Technology Computer Information Systems Informatics Data Analytics or related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA >3.0 (out of 4.0
• December 2026 or later graduation date
• Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now nor in the future for this position.
• GE Appliances will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
• Position is located in Louisville KY; Housing & Relocation assistance is available.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior intern coop or research experience in technology
• A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for IT
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Demonstrated problemsolving abilities
• Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom
• Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills
• General business/finance understanding
