DescriptionThe Role
Were looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our customers have a seamless experience with tgndata platform. Youll be responsible for assisting customer inquiries guiding new account onboarding and training. Youll collaborate with internal product sales and enginnering teams to address any challenges and maintain a high customer satisfaction.
Your daytoday:
- Customer Health Monitoring Oversee internal indicators to ensure customers are receiving consistent and highquality service. Proactively identify and address potential concerns.
- Issues prioritization & resolution Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform.
- Onboarding & Training Lead onboarding sessions and product training to help customers maximize the value of our solution.
- CrossTeam Coordination Work closely with product development and data teams to escalate and resolve any internal roadblocks impacting customers.

Requirements - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in Customer Support/Success ideally in digital or technology services
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- Excellent communication skills you can explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
- A proactive approach you take initiative to ensure customers receive the best experience possible.
- Organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience in a SaaS or similar technology services company
- Strong spreadsheet skills being data savvy
- Experience with Ticket/Service management software
