Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding career with flexible scheduling and meaningful oneonone patient visits BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a per diem or part time LPN to provide inhome nursing visits in York and Chester Counties.

Your Role as a Home Health LPN
As a BAYADA LPN you will:
- Follow personalized care plans to meet each patients needs.
- Provide medication administration wound care treatments and patient monitoring.
- Work independently in the field while collaborating with a clinical team.
- Document care using electronic charting.
What You Need to Join Our Team
- Active LPN license in South Carolina
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes
