We are looking for a Growth Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy creativity and relationships. This is a role for a proven sales professional with a deep understanding of marketing media and creative servicessomeone who gets how brand storytelling digital advertising and media buying come together to drive business growth.
What youll do:
- Drive Growth: Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and transitioning new clients to our internal teams.
- Expand Our Reach: Identify and engage with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across our primary verticals uncovering opportunities where Raindrops expertise can deliver impact.
- Tell Our Story: Confidently communicate the power of creativedriven marketing and Raindrops approach to building brands people love through strategic storytelling and performancedriven media.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Develop strong relationships with decisionmakers guiding them through our offerings and demonstrating the value we bring to their brand.
- Leverage BestinClass Tools: Utilize our industryleading CRM case studies and sales enablement resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in your outreach.

RequirementsWhat youll need:
- Marketing & Media Expertise: You must have 25 experience in creative marketing paid media digital advertising brand strategy or related fieldsenough to speak confidently to key decisionmakers.
- Sales Hustle & Hunter Mentality: You are proactive driven and resourceful thriving in outbound prospecting and building a highquality pipeline.
- Strong RelationshipBuilding Skills: You know how to connect with people understand their challenges and guide them toward solutions that fit their needs.
