The impact you will have
You will play a key role in supporting customer retention and business growth. You will work in a dynamic fastpaced environment collaborating closely with the teams across the GoToMarket organisation to ensure a smooth renewal process and deliver excellent service to our valued customers.

In this role you can expect to

    • Manage and oversee all lowtouch automated renewal processes ensuring timely and accurate .
    • Monitor upcoming renewals and maintain an accurate renewal pipeline.
    • Establish and communicate renewal quotes to customers through SFDC automation.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Senior Renewal Specialists to address objections and adjust proposals when needed.
    • Manage upsell and crosssell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales.
    • Categorize effectively churn reasons to ensure reporting accuracy. Share customer feedback and insights.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to renewals ensuring smooth processing across internal teams.
    • Actively participate in process improvements identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices.
    • Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools uptodate with accurate renewal data.
