About the Role
You will be joining the NGSIEM Data Onboarding Team responsible to develop our third party ingest pipelines with the goal build the best in class NextGen SIEM. You will be a part of the Platform group and support test the systems that control ingestion for third party data at petabyte scale. You will interact with product managers and other engineers in building both internal and external facing services.
You will be responsible for testing fault tolerant high scalable cloud systems using Golang.
What Youll Do:
Contribute to turning prototypes into largescale services
Understand our products to improve architecture user experience performance and stability
Contribute to existing tools frameworks and related code base
Plan design develop verify deploy and maintain automated test suites
Increase our automated test coverage and improve our release quality and velocity
Validate and verify customerfacing features endtoend across the product platform
Have autonomy to own your work in a high trust environment
Troubleshoot and debug critical production issues
What Youll Need:
8 years in Quality Assurance out of which at least 5 years is in test automation development or experience / as an SDET
Solid experience in OOP data structures algorithms distributed systems and Web services (Rest gRPC RPC)
Hands on experience in largescale (distributed) system architecture high scalability and availability and optimization
Good understanding of engineering best practices from testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architecture
The skills and mindset to meet your commitments on time and produce high quality software that is unit tested code reviewed and checked in regularly for continuous integration
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes based development and orchestration
Bonus Points:
Contributions to the open source community (GitHub Stack Overflow blogging)
Experience with commercial clouds (AWS Azure GCP)
Prior experience in the cybersecurity or intelligence fields.
