ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client FreeNow Europes no1 multimobility app with taxi offering at its core is currently hiring German Italian and Spanish speakers to join their evergrowing and dynamic team!

Location:Athens

Working Model:Hybrid 3 days on site 2 days from home)

You will be reporting to: Customer Care Manager



Requirements

What you will be doing

As a member of the team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through email and chat for the most part.

More specifically:

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and callhandling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies


Benefits

  • Fluency in German/Italian/Spanish language (C1C2 level).
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
  • Previous experience in customer service/ a contact center context.
  • Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools.
  • Enthusiastic patient empathetic multitasking and communicative.
